We offer a 30-day return period. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or report a fit issue, use our contact form. Include your order number and, for compatibility questions, a clear photo of the wheel and sensor mount. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions for sending it to Passeig de la Marina 101, 08860 Castelldefels, Barcelona, Spain. Items sent back before a return is approved will not be accepted.

Compatibility and fit issues
If the product does not fit an Avinox M1 installation, contact us within 30 days. We will review the fit photo promptly and provide the next steps under this return policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and non-returnable items
Custom or personalized products, hazardous materials, and gift cards cannot be returned. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item after approval and place a separate order.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect the return and confirm whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card issuers may need additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please use our contact form.
