Shipping Policy

Everything ships from Spain. Full prices by region are on our Shipping & Delivery page — that page is the authoritative one for rates.

1. Dispatch time

Orders placed before 16:00 CEST are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after that go out the next working day.

2. Delivery times

Spain: 1–3 working days. Rest of the European Union: 2–5 working days. Outside the EU: 5–10 working days, depending on destination and customs.

3. Shipping costs

Rates depend on your destination and whether you choose home delivery or a locker / pickup point. Locker delivery is cheaper. Exact prices are shown at checkout and listed on our Shipping & Delivery page.

4. Outside the EU

We ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and other non-EU destinations. These are outside the EU customs union, so your order may attract import duties and local VAT on arrival. Those charges are set by your country and are payable by you, not by us.

5. Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.

6. Problems with delivery

If your parcel is delayed, damaged or doesn't arrive, email sebikkrepsky@gmail.com or message us on TikTok or Instagram and we'll sort it out.
